If your Venue is properly set up to use Best Available Seating, and if the Attraction you are ticketing is set to use Best Available seat selection, then you will see the following button appear during Reserved Seating Sales:
Clicking the Best Available button will invoke the following dialog during reserved seating selection:
In the example above, the operator is requesting that the computer find the next best 4 seats, and the operator is indicating that an Aisle is NOT required, and that the seats MUST be next to each other. For less picky customers, you can relax these restrictions.
You can also tell the system to ignore certain Sections, Cost Categories and Seat types. Above the operator is EXCLUDING PREMIUM cost category seats from consideration. Must be a cheap customer.
Well, in this example, the venue only has STANDARD SEATS, so the Operator has to pick those. However, if this venue had things like OBSTRUCTED VIEW seats, or WHEELCHAIR seats, the Operator could choose to exclude them here.
