Specifying Date Ranges for Reports

When the Trak Pro / Box Office Avenue System on the Web asks you to select a Date or Date Range for reporting criteria, you will see an entry field where a pop up calendar will appear to aid in entry:

It is highly recommended that you use the pop up calendar for date entry, as it will never generate an invalid date, such as February 31st. However, you CAN enter a date directly via the keyboard.

If you set a START DATE that occurs AFTER the END DATE, the dates will be swapped.
