Challenges:
The principle challenge at the Captial City Amphitheatre was this: On the day of the performances, box office operations had to seamlessly transfer on site to the outdoor facility, using wireless internet connections.
Solution:
Based on a positive twenty plus year relationship, the Scott Carswell opted to upgrade their box office system to a complete Trak Pro installation from New Concepts Software, Inc., with optional Inventory and Package Modules, as well as the web based ticketing.
