Recording Weather Conditions

You can keep track of weather conditions on a daily basis, which is great for outdoor facilities. From the Main Menu, select TICKETING, then RECORD WEATHER CONDITIONS:

The following dialog will appear:

You can select the date (the default is TODAY). You can elect to enter the current weather conditions manually by clicking on the blue RECORD CONDITIONS MANUALLY button, or, if you have an Internet Connection, and if you are located near an NOAA Weather Station, you can AUTOMATICALLY retrieve local weather conditions.

Clicking the grey LOCATE AN NOAA STATION NEAR YOU button will cause the system to scan the internet for NOAA stations, and return a list for you to pick from:

Here we are picking the NOAA Station at Detroit City Airport, as NCS World Headquarters is not far from it. Once you have an NOAA Station selected, clicking the green RETRIEVE FROM NOAA button will fetch the latest available weather conditions.
