Tick-It! Trak Pro logs all significant actions taken by operators. This is done for a number of reasons:
■ To Assist NCS Technical Personnel in resolving any problems
■ To provide an audit trail of operator activity
■ To allow for forensic data recovery and theft prevention
Only the ADMIN (Operator 1000) can view the log. It is done from the FILE menu of the ADMIN Module.
By selecting a date, the events for that day will be listed. You can double click on any event to bring up a detailed record:
In this example, we see that on May 25th, at 10:13 am, at a station called NewStation, Operator 1000 deleted 4 seats from Quadrant #1. We can check the SQL Server Statement tab to see if any SQL Statement details were logged:
This shows us the specific SQL Statement the system used to delete the seats. This way, it will be possible to track nearly every action ever taken on the system to the time, place and operator that performed it.
