Typically, these are complex reports that require multiple passes through your database in order to generate the data to present. These might also be complex "combined" reports showing you many different aspects of your data at once. These sorts of reports are very difficult, if not impossible, to implement using Crystal Reports, and therefore lie outside the scope of user definable reports
