The Trak Pro Report Module allows you to "feed it" a standard SQL Query, and display the results (if any).
When the Report Module displays the results of one of your custom queries, it will be in the form of a table like the one shown above.
The four primary control buttons run along the
top of the form. They have the
following functions:
REFRESH DISPLAY:
This will cause the program to re-query and re-tabulate the report. Depending upon
your options and date range, this could take several minutes.
SAVE AS EXCEL SPREADSHEET:
You can save this report as a
Microsoft Excel spreadsheet for further processing and tabulating.
PRINT CURRENT DISPLAY:
This will print your report on the default printer, or whatever printer is
selected with the button detailed below.
CLOSE REPORT FORM:
This exits the Query View form.
