Why is My Program Expired?

When a Tick-It! Trak Pro system is installed, by design, the program ALWAYS installs itself as a 30 day demo. Always, there are NO exceptions. When the program is purchased, legitimate owners will receive a Product Registration Number from New Concepts Software, Inc. to UNLOCK the demo and transform it into a fully licensed version. When a 30 day demo expires, most of the menu features of the program become disabled, rendering it essentially useless for a production environment.

There are a few reasons that your Trak Pro system has gone into EXPIRED DEMO mode:

■ You downloaded or received a Demo from NCS, and it has been 30 days since you installed it.
■ You installed a purchased version of Trak Pro, but never registered it.
■ Someone has tampered with the Windows Registry, trying to convert a Demo to a Live version
■ Your Windows Registry has become corrupt and unreadable by Trak Pro
