Ticket Validation with Trak Pro

Phone and Bluetooth Scanner

Now you can validate tickets over the WEB using your own Smart Phone, iPad or Surface tablet, coupled with an inexpensive Bluetooth scanner.  That's right, now you can leverage the fact that nearly everyone has a smartphone or a tablet with web access, and put that to work at the gate scanning tickets.

Of course, the older special purpose PDA scanners will still work, but will likely be phased out due to cost differences over general purpose phones and tablets. Tick-It! Trak Pro enables you to cut the cord!  Go wireless with a properly equipped PDA for Ticket Validation functions or for use with our Wireless ADMIN Assistant Module.

Now, UNLIKE other systems, where a list of tickets is downloaded into the PDA's memory, with Trak Pro, the communication is LIVE with your SQL Server!  This means that there is NO POSSIBILITY of a ticket being used more than one time!

Serialized tickets MUST be matched with proper Event ID's, Customer ID's and Transaction ID's.  This is the equivalent of a counterfeiter having to get a 21 digit number right, when all they can see to play with is 7 of the digits.

The Trak Pro system uses standard Code 3 of 9 (also referred to as Code 39) which is printable by all standard ticket printers, such as BOCA, PRACTICAL AUTOMATION and DATAMAX, and is readable by low cost and readily available bar code scanners.  No expensive equipment required.
