Best Available

If your Venue is properly set up to use Best Available Seating, and if the Attraction you are ticketing is set to use Best Available seat selection, then you will see the following button appear during Reserved Seating Sales:

Clicking the Best Available button will invoke the following dialog during reserved seating selection:

In the example above, the operator is requesting that the computer find the next best 4 seats, and the operator is indicating that an Aisle is NOT required, and that the seats MUST be next to each other. For less picky customers, you can relax these restrictions.

You can also tell the system to ignore certain Sections, Cost Categories and Seat types. Above the operator is EXCLUDING CORPORATE and PREMIUM cost categories from consideration. Must be a cheap customer.

Above the operator is EXCLUDING OBSTRUCTED VIEW and WHEELCHAIR seats from consideration. Must be a picky customer.
