Postal Code Maintenance

While we initialized this postal code list with all the US Postal Codes that were current when the software was released, there will be additions and deletions from time to time, as well as the occasional mistake or misspelled city. To edit a Postal Code entry, select the STATE and the CITY you are interested in. In this example, we have selected MICHIGAN and DETROIT, which has a lot of postal codes:

When you get to the record you want to edit, double click on it, or if it is missing, click ADD to create a NEW postal code record:

You can click the EDIT button to make any needed changes.
