An additional benefit of owning a membership in the Trak Pro system is getting various Transaction Over-rides applied to goods and services that regular customers do not receive. These Over-Rides are defined in the ADMIN Module by your system Administrator, and cannot be altered in the POS Module.
An example Over-Ride might be the ability to purchase tickets for an Attraction PRIOR to the On Sale Date for other customers.
To insure that your customer's membership Over-Rides are properly applied, all a POS Operator has to do is SELECT THE CUSTOMER at any time during the Transaction. Once the customer is selected, the Shopping Cart will automatically apply any and all Over-Rides for this customer. No further action is required from the Operator.
