Tick-It! Trak Pro, when purchased with the Fundraising Module, allows you to keep records on charitable donations. Every charitable donation or pledge promised that is tracked by the system MUST be associated with a Fundraising Campaign. In other words, before you can go off and start collecting money from folks as charitable gifts, Trak Pro REQUIRES that you first define WHAT YOU ARE RAISING THE MONEY FOR.
A Fundraising Campaign consists of a REASON to raise money, and a TIME INTERVAL for going about raising it. Fundraising Campaigns also have targets or GOALS.
Often, to spur contributions, you might have "give-aways" or other incentives. For example, if someone gives you 100 bucks towards a new stage curtain, you might give them a worthless coffee mug. Trak Pro allows you to define Sales Assemblies as incentives, as well as Ticketing Packages as incentives for giving at appropriate levels.
The Fundraising Campaign Form has six tabs to allow you to see the various related records in an organized fashion:
Here we are raising the money to save the planet from Global Warming. We are trying to raise enough money to buy the Gas-Wow! we saw on TV. Vince says it will scrub the CO2 from the atmosphere, and that it only costs $19999.00. It's made by Germans, so you know it's good. We'll say "Wow!" every time we breathe. This campaign will run for the entire duration of 2009. We will prompt POS Operators to bug customers about donating, and we will make it a button with the cool Earth graphic we have loaded.
So far, only two activities have been associated with this fundraiser. Click the large ADD AN ACTIVITY button to create a new Activity. Double click on any Activity in the list to Edit it.
If a customer donates 50 Dollars, they will be offered the chance to buy an All-Star Baseball at a 50% discount. If they donate 100 Dollars, they will be offered the chance to buy a Baseball Bat Necktie at a 25% discount. To ADD an Incentive, click the ADD AN INCENTIVE ASSEMBLY button. Double click on an Incentive to REMOVE it.
If a customer donates 200 Dollars, they will be offered the chance to buy an Incentive Ticket Package at a 50% discount. To ADD an Incentive, click the ADD AN INCENTIVE PACKAGE button. Double click on an Incentive to REMOVE it.
Since a Campaign might have 1000's of donations, and that could take a long time to load and display, the donations are not loaded until you ask to see them. Click on the REFRESH DONATION LIST and any donations will appear. We can see that we are a little short of our $19,999.00 goal here. Double click on any donation to call up its record for examination.

Click on the REFRESH PLEDGE LIST and any pledges will appear. We can see that we are a little light on commitments for our Fundraising Campaign. We only had ONE lousy pledge for ten bucks, and that has ALREADY come in, so it is already a part of our meager total. We will have to fire up the phone banks for sure! Double click on any pledge to call up its record for examination.
