For a typical Theme Park or Amusement Park, the following conditions are usually in effect:
n
There is no practical limit on the number of tickets to be sold
n
There is no need to assign customers to specific seating locations
This is actually quite simple to set up. From the TICKETING MENU, select VENUE MANAGEMENT, then CREATE / MODIFY / DELETE.
The VENUE SEARCH SCREEN will appear. Click NEW VENUE.
The NEW VENUE WIZARD will appear.
Click NEXT.
Enter the name and address of the theme park. In this example “OUTDOOR PARK” is an available venue type. If you do not see a suitable Venue Type, add it now, by clicking on the + button. Select the option that this will be a LIMITLESS capacity general admission venue. Click NEXT.
For the GA CAPACITY Field, a -1 (negative one) will be automatically filled in for you. This indicates to Tick-It! Trak Pro that there is NO LIMIT as to the number of General Admission Tickets that can be sold for this Venue. Click FINISH.
THAT’S IT! You have set up a typical Theme Park or Amusement Park Venue with LIMITLESS GA Capacity. You are now ready to create ATTRACTIONS that take place at this Venue.
